International Volunteers
International Volunteers are individuals from outside Tanzania who collaborate with SMART Youth on short- or long-term assignments. They contribute their expertise, ideas, and global perspectives to strengthen the impact of SMART Youth programs.
Key Roles: Provide technical support and capacity building. Assist with program design, research, monitoring, and reporting. Facilitate knowledge exchange and cross-cultural learning. Support fundraising, communications, or digital innovation.
